YouTube was growing rapidly from a video-hosting site where you post grainy videos of your cat, to a bonafide entertainment network worthy of attention and investment from advertisers and investors. Our mission was to establish YouTube as a major player in media industry.
Odysseus Arms joined Google and NY agency Co:Collective as the ad agency in a group of collaborator companies including Caviar, Rock Paper Scissors, Beacon Street, Trollback, and Pacific Digital Image. We worked with YouTube influencers Michelle Phan, Bethany Mota, and Rosanna Pansino to demonstrate the power of YouTube celebrity. The integrated campaign included digital day-parted ads, massive OOH buys including station takeovers in five key cities, and events.
