Work in a fast-paced environment alongside two awarded-to-the-teeth creative directors. Libby Brockhoff and Franklin Tipton have worked at (and founded) some of the greatest advertising agencies in the world. Now, with Odysseus Arms, the partners lead our small but mighty creative team, racking up industry cred with work that insists on putting the art first.

We work largely with booze and tech clients. If this sounds fun to you, you’re right. We also work with Farmers Insurance, Amnesty International, and Foster Farms among others. The work is flooding in, which means it’s time to build our army.

Interns of Libby and Franklin have gone on to rule the advertising world. Interns like Karl Lieberman, who now answers to “Creative Director” at Wieden+Kennedy NY. Like Ben Mooge, who just sold his own agency to Havas. Like Ryan Kutscher, who before he was Chief Creative Officer at JWT NY, was a bright-eyed college grad turning heads at CP+B. All it takes is an opportunity.
